1. Scope of Service
Plastik Platform is a B2B e-commerce platform for the sale of engineering plastics and technical polymer products. All users of the platform are deemed to have accepted these terms of use.
2. Orders and Payment
Orders placed on the platform are confirmed after stock and technical suitability checks. Prices are stated in Turkish Lira excluding VAT and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is made through approved payment channels.
3. Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on stock availability and order content. 24-48 business hours are targeted for standard stocked items, and 5-10 business days for custom sizes and materials. Delivery times are not guaranteed.
4. Returns and Cancellations
Custom-cut or manufactured products are non-returnable. Standard products may be returned within 7 business days of delivery, in original packaging and undamaged. Cancellation requests must be submitted before order confirmation.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, brands and trade names on the platform are the property of Plastik Platform. They may not be reproduced, distributed or modified without permission.
6. Governing Law
These terms of use are governed by Turkish Law. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Ankara shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
